It is always a difficult time when a friend or family member is sick. Robert is a positive, caring, and motivating force that even makes me feel better. Caring, compassion, and empathy are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Robert. I feel fortunate that my friend has received such excellent care under his watch. I feel confident that my friend is well cared for and have no doubt in recommending this hospital to my friends based on Robert. Robert went beyond his duty. He took care of all my needs even made sure I was fed and made a special order for my food. If I did not understand he was kind and polite and explained things. My stay was not scary and he made me comfortable, always checking on me. I know nurses are great, but he is the best I have seen in a long time. I really appreciate him as I have dementia and it is hard for me to feel comfortable but he made me safe.
