Rob took exceptional care of my 81-year-old friend who has dementia. He took the time to explain everything that was going on and what the doctors were saying regarding her care. He went beyond his nursing duties.

Rob embodies all the qualities (I think) a fine nurse needs. He is very warm and personable while remaining very professional and efficient. He was careful to maintain health and safety protocols while at the same time being encouraging and supportive. He has a calm, intelligent presence that is very reassuring. I also noticed that he helps out others on his team which is kind, generous, and a clear sign of being an engaged leader. Rob's team is fortunate to have him. Advent Health is wise to value and reward a nurse as outstanding as Rob.
