Robert Donnell was with my mom more than half of the time of her 10-day stay there, during which he took excellent care of her. Every day, a family member rotated to have someone with my mother 24/7 for the entirety of the stay and we could sincerely say unanimously that Robert Donnell deserves recognition.

Robert is a kind person. He is upbeat and responsible. He was prompt in responding and was attentive to my concerns and needs. As soon as I met him, I felt as though he was family.

Robert carries humanity within him, as he knows how to approach and treat people like people, not patients only. He was thorough in his explanation of the care plan of my wife and took time to answer questions.

He paid attention to my mother's discomfort and provided solutions. We felt we could trust him with her care. He was one of the first people she saw during her emergency and he was one of the last people at the time she was discharged. Robert Donnell has a natural sense in taking care of people and putting them at ease.
