Our daughter was in severe pain and had been in the hospital for a week. Bob was great with her and did everything he could to make her feel better and loved. He also showed a ton of compassion even when she was not exactly the best patient. He made sure that we were aware of what was going on and why. During his shift we didn't hear the IV beep because he would be right there to change it when it was empty. Always smiling and trying to cheer us up and make our daughter feel better; Bob is extraordinary to the max.
