Bob kept my pain manageable through his shift. Bob recognized how much pain I had when I had to stand up in the morning for orthostatic BP readings, so he gave me pain medication before PT worked with me. This pre-medication approach was so successful, that it made all the difference. When I was in Sonoma ED waiting for a bed in SRF, I was strongly considering using the End of Life Option kit because I did not want to suffer such severe pain. My sons convinced me to have the surgery and then decide. This option was still on my mind post-operatively, but Bob helped get my pain under control and did not make me wait a long time for my medications. Bob’s approach to pain management helped me decide I wanted to get better. Thank you.
