I was taken by ambulance to Viruta. I was in extreme pain, on my left upper side. I had difficulty breathing. Nurse Bicking took care of me. His quiet demeanor and patient kindness to me, helped me to feel calm. I felt heartened by his professional manner. I have been in hospitals previously. This gave me the opportunity to compare nursing care. Nursing Bicking's care was outstanding. He is, without a doubt a DAISY Nurse.
