On the evening shift: Bob did an excellent job intervening in a violent patient situation. A patient had jumped over the nurse's desk and was assaulting another staff member. Bob was able to intervene to protect staff. But more important was Bob's caring attitude and approach to the patient; holding him until police arrived but making sure that the patient was physically OK.
