Robert Johnson 2025, RN

A patient was seen in the ED for a fall.  She remembers Robert going to CT with her and holding her neck steady. She stated he is always so kind and thoughtful. While holding her neck, he was put in some awful positions, but he kept smiling and reassuring her that he was protecting her neck. “Every time one of the family members comes into the ED and sees Robert there, they know they are going to get great care, and they immediately feel safe."

Robert is always so kind. The patient’s daughter was with her, and he could tell she was cold. He offered her a blanket and water, and he checked on her every time he came in to check on her mom. 

The patient’s daughter lights up every time she sees Robert in the ED.
