Nominated by a patient's family, he was quoted as "awesome!" Rob promised to care for his patient as if she were his own mother and fulfilled his promise, time and time again. He called the family when the patient's temperature increased, even when he was not required to. He even brought the patient a plant and painted her nails.

Rob did an excellent job of showing dedication, compassion and kept the patient and family informed throughout the patient's stay. He created a comfortable environment for his patient and was a "wonderful" caregiver. The family stated that they could not thank Rob enough for the magnificent care that they received.
