Rob is one of the kindest nurses I have had the privilege of working alongside. He is always smiling despite managing and working on one of the busiest units in the hospital. He is always willing to lend a hand and when asked for advice or assistance is always there. Rob is friendly and approachable to staff, patients and their relatives. If I was ever sick or in hospital I would want Rob to be looking after me. Rob deserves to be recognised for his worth.
