Matt is doing a great job in helping the patients who are newly diagnosed with HIV find comfort and most importantly getting their medical care so that these patients can continue to have productive and fulfilling lives. Thank you Matt for a job well done.

A patient emailed the FFACT Clinic supervisor to commend Robert "Matt" Poe and another ancillary staff for the support and caring they provided during his first visit to the clinic. He expressed his appreciation for the wonderful job he is doing at the FFACTS Clinic. When the patient arrived for his registration/paperwork appointment with the FFACTS Clinic, but Matt and the eligibility staff were the FIRST two people that he had been in contact with since finding out he was HIV positive. He mentioned that he was not treated like a number, and actually how Matt and the eligibility staff both had the ability, knowledge, heart, and tact to actually make him feel their compassion and actual desire to help out individuals like him. He continued mentioning how touching and memorable that moment and these two lovely individuals have become to me.
