Robert consistently goes above and beyond to help his team members. The situation I am writing about occurred about 2 weeks ago. The hospital was full, we had a patient who needed to be put on a Vasotec drip and transferred from MSU to PCU. I stated there were no beds readily available. Robert took it upon himself to go up to MSU, gather all the supplies mediate, and start the patient's drip. He educated the MSU RN and continued to check back frequently until we could open a bed to move the patient. He is always available to help, start IVs, and lead support.
