When Bobby came into our lives, we had just received some devastating news about our child. We were shocked, and it was very hard to come to terms with it. Bobby let us know about his story, and what he had been through, and how he knew exactly how we felt. It made our child feel comforted, that he was not alone, and someone else had gone through something similar to what he was going through now. He kept the vibes positive, and upbeat, such a kind, caring, and intelligent young man.
He made a special bond with our child, and connected with him on levels that no one else could possibly understand. It was almost like a friendship that they grew together. Every procedure that he had, he explained thoroughly. He knew what we were going through, and it put our minds at ease.
We requested for him to be our nurse, and even if he wasn't, he would still come check on our child. That truly touched our hearts.
Bobby is a great nurse, and an amazing inspiration to his patients and all of their family members.
