Throughout the COVID crisis, Robert has been a source of great support for his staff and leaders. Robert has continually taken on additional responsibilities and has done so with confidence. 3 South was designated as the COVID response unit and he led his team with compassion and courage. He promoted the credibility of the leadership team through constant consistent communication.

I was so impressed with how Robert led the 3 South team through a very scary and unsettling time. We couldn't have done it without him.

Robert participated in the GH Employee Engagement leader rounding for the entire facility. Robert exhibited community by working with other leaders to ensure as many GH employees completed the survey as possible. We were able to meet our internal goal of 83% during this effort.
