My mother had numerous stays at the hospital. Unfortunately, we lost her last week, and seeing her health deteriorate was very difficult. Knowing the hours are counted was devastating. I truly believe the job of a nurse is a calling. Nurses possess qualities that cannot be taught during their training. I would like to recognize Robert for being so caring, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to not only attend to my mother but comforted the family. He went so far as to provide his direct line to my sister so she could call at night for any health updates. Robert was attentive to my mom and her family. He showed compassion towards us. He went above and beyond his duty to ease the family's pain and suffering. Losing our mom is the most painful thing we have endured.
