Robert Read, RN

My husband and I are writing this letter to inform you of our sincere appreciation for one of your nurses Robert Read, RN who went above and beyond his responsibilities as a pre-op registration nurse. We saw Robert as a preop for my husband's sinus surgery scheduled for 2 days later. Previous to those visits my husband unexpectedly had a medical issue which caused him to be admitted to a hospital while we were out of State. It was therefore Robert's job to gather information in order to ascertain whether or not my husband could go forward with the sinus surgery. During the nearly one hour that Robert spent with us, we were very impressed with his knowledge, sharing of that knowledge, and the empathy he showed us while we told him of my husband's medical history and of our experience out of State. He is truly an asset to his profession and to your hospital.
