Bob demonstrates care and excellence for patients. He's a great problem solver. He shows his compassion for nursing and truly cares about patients and staff. Bob is POSITIVE!! He treated me like ROYALTY! Better; he treated me like family. He has and behaves in a business/casual way, very easy to talk with and doesn't talk down to you. He is respectful and his sense of humor was a bonus for me.

He deserves this DAISY Award, because he brightens your day. He's awesome at their job. He makes you feel comfortable immediately. Is he St. Francis? No, but very much a saint and a blessing who affected my life POSITIVELY.
