Robert Sullivan, RN

Robert is a leader on 4D. He has gone above and beyond for all of his patients to make them feel heard and ensure they understand their care. Even when Robert is at a maxed ratio he spends his time charting in room with patients, so they all feel heard. Robert helps his team constantly. He assists with every intake and is always offering a hand to his fellow nurses. Robert has been an invaluable resource on our unit and a personal mentor to me and all the other new graduate nurses during my time on 4D. Robert is an exemplary nurse and is leading our team toward an incredible culture of compassionate care and teamwork.
