My 85-year-old mother had a heart cath at Methodist West. Robert went above and beyond from the moment he said hello. His warm and kind demeanor immediately put her at ease. He explained everything she needed to do in clear terms she could understand. He also gently explained everything he needed to do so there were no surprises and no anxiety. When he started her IV, he took his time and continued to explain everything he was doing from watching his skill and gentleness; I can assume that he is the nurse they call for difficult IV sticks.

Robert is very knowledgeable and is able to convey information in terms an 85-year-old can understand. He is passionate about patient care and we are very thankful to have him as our nurse. It's often the small things that make a big difference and I want to make sure that his attention to both big and small gets noticed.
