Our experience at PCH has been amazing and all the nurses and doctors have been top notch. Robert Tintinger stood out of the bunch. We have been here over 9 days. Robert saw my son before surgery and then multiple times after surgery. It was nice because he saw him at his good state and then not so good state. Being that my son is a teenager, it was nice to have a male nurse. Robert related to my son. He saw my son hurting and immediately did what he could do. Robert went the extra mile each day.
One way that stood out and was a huge game changer for my son's recovery was his back was hurting from his surgery, so Robert ordered a heating pad. That was huge to my son's relief. Robert saw my son's spirits down and he brought him a game to play from home. Robert went the extra mile with me, mom, as well. He made sure to keep looking on labs and radiology. Robert goes over and beyond his job.
