Robert was the one who received my grandmother when we came up to the Palliative floor. As an RN, I have brought a lot of patients over to palliative, but it is different being on the family side of it.

Robert was amazing as an RN for the two days he was with my grandmother. He explained everything going on in a way that actually taught me a lot about the medications we use in the CMO process, and why certain medications work better for certain symptoms than others. He checked on her frequently and reminded me to please take care of myself.

He kept my grandmother extremely comfortable, and I am forever grateful for that.
