When my sister was brought to the ICU, Robert was the sweetest nurse that came in and out more than any nurse our family has ever seen in the 13 times she has been in this hospital over the last 6 years. Robert talked to us on a regular basis about my sister's condition which was grave, gave us the facts, asked us questions, made us all feel welcome, and cared for like a family. There need to be more nurses of this nature!
Robert really loves his job and it showed in every action. I'm not saying that you don't have great staff or team. I'm simply saying that Robert has that something extra that makes him set apart, and we looked forward to seeing him daily. I feel like I haven't said enough, but there are no other words to say other than Robert's care is something extra and special on every level.
