I was in the ER and was very sick. When I finally went to the floor (ER was very busy with admissions due to multiple traumas that night). I was very out of it. I was scared my husband was scared and then came along Roberta; an angel from heaven. She spent a lot of time calming me and explaining what was going on, which put us at ease. She has such a compassionate spirit and gentleness that we felt we were truly in the best hands. She was very attentive and loving.

I had not eaten for two days, so she got me a tray just before moving me to 4S. They were pressuring her to move me and she said, "This girl has been through a lot; she just wants a quiet dinner." She allowed me to finish eating and then followed me to 4S. Even after I got there, she did not leave me until her shift was over (about 3.5 hours). She made sure the next nurse knew about me so she could provide the best care. I felt like I was in the arms of Jesus. She showed me love, and compassion and is such a sweet wonderful woman.
