Roberta is retiring from OhioHealth after nearly 32 years of service. She has been in her current role as Clinical Nurse Manager for Employer Solutions Wellness team for almost 10 years, and she also served as a Nurse Supervisor for the team for 2 years prior to stepping into the manager role. In her 12+ years as a leader on the team, Roberta completely evolved Employer Solutions onsite screening business. Her achievements include moving the clinical team from being a 100% contingent-based team to a team comprised of full-time RNs covering screening events and episodic services for employers. Her customer (participant) satisfaction scores are consistently in the upper 90th percentile, and her Associate Engagement Survey scores demonstrate high levels of engagement from her team. Roberta has incredible detail in the areas of operations, finances, and process improvement. She "knows her business" unlike any manager I have worked with, and she has set her team up for success following her retirement. She has worked extremely hard to cultivate a strong culture for her team so they can go on to influence our customers/participants in a positive way - whether it is encouraging them to have a PCP or to get involved in their company's wellness program. It's been an honor to work with Roberta as she has created impactful ripple effects for everyone around her.
