Roberta Ciambrone, RN

Roberta was extremely enthusiastic and brought much-needed positive and compassionate energy to my daughter and our family during our stay in the pediatric intensive care unit. In addition to taking the extra effort to wash and braid my daughter’s hair and paint her toenails and fingernails, she provided the highest quality of care and education at every moment during her 12-hour shifts. She is incredibly intelligent and the doctors obviously listen to her input with intent and respect. On several occasions, she assessed our daughter and gave feedback to the doctors regarding specific procedures that may be needed, and the doctors agreed. She listened intently, compassionately, and respectfully to all parent feedback to thoroughly understand the unique nature of our daughter and the unique care that she required. She’s an amazing nurse!
