Roberta Schaff, RN

My husband had unexpected bypass surgery and was sent to the ICU. Roberta was his nurse for 2 days. First of all, she is very pleasant and caring. She knows her job and excels at it. We have had nurses throughout the years at Boswell, but none can compare. Roberta anticipated everything. She was always there with a medication, a warm blanket, time for the bathroom, etc. Not only did she anticipate my husband’s needs, but she also anticipated mine as well. My husband said it was like she was a member of the family. She was so attentive. She listened to concerns and questions. She always knew the answer. Roberta also listened to my husband’s stories. My husband was moved to 3B on a Saturday and Roberta went with us to set him up, on Monday when she worked again, she came to visit and make sure we were ok. Roberta deserves recognition for the service, dedication, care, and concern she gives to her patients! We Love Her!
