My grandma was on 5th floor after a stroke and seizure. Roberta and her RN trainee were both amazing. The first night my dad and cousin stayed in the room without anything but chairs. Roberta came in the next day and immediately got a cot and recliner. They took the time to explain all of the medications and procedures. They were kind, attentive and patient. Roberta set a perfect example for her trainee of what an RN should be. We will always remember her kindness.
