I am a patient on the 5th floor. Roberto went out of his way to treat me with dignity and respect and talked to me like I was a human being. I have dealt with drug additions due to chronic pain. Roberto must have seen or known as he talked to me like I was an important human being. Roberto knows I'm trying to clean up my life. I am trying to kick drugs. Roberto treated me like I matter and it is heart warming and makes me feel more comfortable and like I can do anything if I just give people a little leeway.
