I want to commend Robie of the Wound Care Unit. His care has been a game-changer for us, going far beyond what’s expected. I’ve never encountered a nurse who goes beyond what’s expected the way Robie does.

Week after week, he has shown genuine care for my 82-year-old mom, who has dementia. I’ve been bringing my mom to weekly wound treatments. With a demanding corporate job, balancing work and caregiving was extremely challenging. Robie’s thoughtful support eased that burden and helped me keep my commitments at work without compromising my mom’s care.

One visit, I told Robie I had a Board meeting at 11 a.m. He didn’t just assist; he went the extra mile. He coordinated with the doctor's schedule, helped with PhilHealth, and even assisted with payment processing in parallel, ensuring I could be on time for my meeting.

Before meeting Dr. G, I hadn’t heard of ManilaMed. I didn’t know what to expect, but Robie’s compassion and professionalism truly impressed me.
