Robin shows compassionate care to us veterans. She is responsive, respectful to our needs, and kind with her words. During my visit, she assisted in procuring a new device I use for my migraines. During my migraine attacks, it is hard to function. My old machine had become useless, and without it, the attacks lasted longer than usual. She was able to expedite getting what I needed, which helped to get me back on my feet quicker. She always shows the ICARE Principles when I have an interaction with her. We need more nurses at the VA who care like she does.
