My daughter came into the ED with severe abdominal pain. The ED was busy but Robin Barnett, another nurse, a doctor, and the girl in registration were all very considerate and compassionate with her. Robin was wonderful. She helped put H at ease with her gentle and calming voice and demeanor. She never made us feel like she was too busy to help. Even with her discharge instructions she was very thorough and explained everything.
