Robin Boling is my Home-Based Nurse which is a great program that provides nurses, social workers, and dietitians to my home, so I don't have to call a bus and take a 20-minute trip to Danville from Hoopeston.
Robin is very caring; she always asks me how I am feeling and provides support. A couple weeks ago I was very depressed and even thought of suicide by taking my pain pills. Robin took my pain medication and gave them to the nurse at the assisted living facility for safe keeping until I felt better. She was definitely a lifesaver during that time. She is also a very competent practitioner who checks me out every time she is at my house.
I feel safe in Robin's care knowing that if she checks me out and says nothing physically is going on, I know I can take that to the bank. Conversely, if she is concerned about something, she makes sure I get the proper care. Thanks, Robin, for being my nurse.
