I was supposed to be in treatment/RRTP at 4:30 PM. I called in 2-3 times while driving from Pine Island. When I called the third time around 8 PM, the two staff working were concerned about my safety. The staff asked for my location and contacted the state patrol to assist me.
Robin was very kind, patient, and caring. She was very dedicated to her job. She definitely went the extra mile and I truly believe I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for her.
