Robinwas extremely kind, attentive, and made our experience more than comfortable. Sheinvolved my other children in theirnew baby brother's first bathand let them listen to his heartbeat. They were also each given a "Big Sister" award. She is one of the best nurses I have ever had and I appreciated her positive demeanor so much!
