We had a 25-year-old patient code and die. This was very traumatic for the ICU staff. The young man's parents asked if they could get a handprint of their son. My nurses were not sure how to do this and so they called Labor & Delivery. Robin took the time to work out a way to obtain an adult handprint using the newborn equipment. Robin then helped get the handprint.
We were so appreciative of Robin as it did take a lot of time to help during this very stressful time.
