Robin constantly shows up for our team and patients with a positive "can-do" attitude. Robin is always thinking outside of the box and coming up with solutions to problems that she is faced with. It doesn't matter if we are talking about a sick patient or a team member wanting a new supply.
At the bedside, Robin gives patients her best and works very hard to keep them informed and a part of their care. She collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to give patients the very best outcome. There is no committee that she will not be a part of to be sure we are operating at our best. We are very fortunate that Robin spends much of her time throughout the year working on precepting and growing our future nurses. She selflessly gives so much to our team and patients.
