Robin Creson, MSN, RN

From the moment Robin Creson walked into my room the morning I had surgery, I could tell she really cared about her patients. She introduced herself with a sweet smile and assuring presence. I felt comfortable right away. She answered my questions, provided meds and something to drink, explained how to reach out to her, and made me feel safe. Robin does her job very well as she listens to what you are saying and answers in a positive truthful way. I only had an overnight stay in our hospital and was attended by Robin two days. The day I was allowed to go home, I felt as if I was leaving a friend. I feel if I am blessed enough to meet her again, we will start where we left off and she will be the best nurse friend I have met as we continue our journey. Robin is so deserving of the DAISY Award! We, as patients, know when they are blessed enough to have had the BEST nurse care for them. It makes all the difference in the world.
