Robin Cross, RN

A family member of the patient nominated Robin due to the excellent care that she provided. The patient was in obvious respiratory distress. Robin's recognition of what was happening, her quick intervention, and subsequent patient transfer to a higher level of care helped to relieve the distress and prevent intubation. The family was very grateful that Robin was on shift when the patient was admitted to her unit.
