Robin Dine, BSN, RN

Robin was the main team nurse for a patient who experienced Autonomic Dysreflexia and hypotension. He recognized that before the patient was discharged, the patient and his family needed specialized education materials to help them with their transition home. Robin reached out to a member of the nursing patient education team and helped develop a decision chart to help the patient and his family have a smooth transition, and ultimately made them more comfortable and ready to make the leap to discharge home. Robin was willing to take time out of his day to review the decision chart that was made, and was an extraordinary advocate and support to the patient and his family.
