...My daughter was very sick and we rushed her to the emergency department. Robin was our nurse and immediately noticed how scared my daughter was because of all that she was going through. When she started caring for my daughter, she made sure she was at bed level with her and explained what she was doing to her in a manner she could understand. When she needed her vitals, she offered my daughter a piggyback ride to and from the scale area. Robin even gave my daughter's teddy bear an IV when my daughter required one so that she would not have to go through it alone. She is an extraordinary nurse and went above and beyond to provide my daughter with an experience she will never forget.
