Robin Heinrich, RN

Robin (RN) took the time to help out a 95-year-old patient who had been discharged the day before. The patient was home alone and needed assistance with his medications, what to take, when to take them, and where to pick up the remainder of his medications. She took the time to call the home health services number to make sure everything was set up for the patient at home. Robin reached out to the granddaughter and son to advise them of the assistance their family member needed. Ultimately, this helped the patient feel a bit more comfortable until other steps were put into place. This act of kindness and compassion for the patients she demonstrates is worthy of this recognition.
