Robin made my grandfather feel like he was worthy, and she connected with his sense of humor. She explained everything in detail: reports, questions, and potential diagnoses. Robin has an outstanding bedside manner and friendliness. She is AWESOME!! Robin anticipated questions and excelled at all of her "Normal" tasks as an RN. Robin talked to my grandfather like she'd known him for years. She was able to connect with him and our family immediately. She was extremely kind and down to earth. She was a pleasure to be around. Robin went above and beyond her scope of being an RN as she was a friend, family member, and simply a wonderful human being.
