I have had the privilege of working with Robin for nearly 13 years. Throughout that time I have witnessed her treat patients and coworkers with true compassion and professionalism. As a charge nurse, she is always the calmest person on the unit, a person who we all look to for clinical guidance. As a preceptor, she uses her experience and knowledge to shape the next generation of ICU nurses. Most significantly though, Robin is a person who you would want by your side if you had a beloved person sick and vulnerable in the hospital.
