Robin has been our unit supervisor for about a year now and has made a positive impact on our unit. Not only is she open and easy to talk to but she is creative in suggestions on how to take the best care of our patients. She is always upbeat about changes and communicates the change to the staff with the idea that this change will make a positive impact on each and every patient. She acknowledged all our hard work during our focus on patient experience and compared us to ducks. She states that on top a duck looks calm and cool like our team does. However, underneath the water, the duck is working as hard as it can to swim. She even gave us rubber ducks to say thank you for all the hard work. It is Robin’s mission to make every patient she encounters happy as well as our team.
