Robin is the type of nurse who continuously goes above and beyond for her patients, fellow colleagues, and our company. Robin treats our patients with honor and dignity. She approaches every client with the reverence they deserve, addressing all their needs regardless of their circumstances. Robin is often the first to volunteer to accept emergency visits as she empathizes with the needs of the patients and the team and does not like to have anyone in need waiting for the care they need. She always goes above and beyond.

When a patient was found without heat in their home by their case manager, they reached out to Robin. Robin was off that day; it was a weekend, but Robin got a space heater donated and delivered it to our patient. Robin is a well-loved and respected member of our team; she shares multiple cases with the RNs and has great working relationships, even friendships with everyone. Even physicians have requested that Robin be assigned to their patients. I think sometimes our team LPNs feel overlooked in the hierarchy of our agency. But Robin’s contributions to our team and the care of our patients shine so bright that she will always be that light for all, especially when they are dealing with health and wellness challenges. Robin truly embodies the mission and values of our company.
