Robin is my clinic nurse and my patients absolutely love her. She is humble and does not like attention, so she goes about her tasks quietly, never seeking recognition. It is usually only after her interaction with my patients when I realize just how much support she has provided them. She is independent and will often resolve issues, completely competently, without ever seeking help. When I bring her into exam rooms with me, it is often that patients thank her for her words of support and advice. When a patient needs a wheelchair at home, medication refills, postoperative advice, or words of encouragement, she does it without question.

Robin demonstrates extraordinary, compassionate care for her patients at Levine Cancer Institute by genuinely caring for them. Robin is the nurse for 2 providers and her patients truly love her. She takes that extra time to talk with them and listens to their concerns, hug them and provides them with information regarding their concerns that eases their worry. Patients know that Robin is accountable and reliable. Her patients feel safe with her and trust her. Robin is a true DAISY Nurse.
