My husband spent 15 days in the ICU and without a doubt he had many wonderful nurses who cared for him, however, he was fortunate enough to have Robin as his nurse for several consecutive days. Robin was the perfect balance of everything he/we needed. She was hopeful but realistic, assertive but gentle. She pushed him to do some things that were uncomfortable, but she was gentle in her approach, and she talked him through it. Her wisdom and years of experience were a gift, as she was confident in her approach and care.
