Robin Jordan, LPN
Every nurse deserves this award, in my opinion, for the oftentimes thankless task of caring for others. Nurse Jordan is among this group of incredible individuals that is extremely deserving of recognition. It was very easy for me to see at today's appointment that Nurse Jordan goes above and beyond the standard of care, which is already exceptional from all employees with the Veteran Administration.
The reason I believe Nurse Jordan deserves the award is the genuine human connection she has with her patients. The connection was so genuine that it brought me to tears during our appointment. It isn't often that strangers speak directly to our hearts and say the things we need to hear, but that is exactly what happened during my appointment today. It is easy for me to see that Jordan is an integral part of the successful team within the women's clinic.
No matter whenever I come to the women's clinic, Nurse Jordan is always so pleasant and easy to talk to. She greets with a smile and ensures that questions, needs, and or concerns are addressed during your visit.
