I have been in pain ever since I can remember, and I have been suffering from severely debilitating migraines with countless symptoms from my service of 14 years. After my active duty time was over, I came to Aleda for everything and was referred to Robin. She wasted no time. She was beyond thorough. She referred me to everything I needed and had some that I had no idea I was in need of. Optometry, MRIs, etc. Turns out I have Chiari and needed glasses. She was able to tell me so much about the condition and she recognized it, referred me to Ann Arbor, and sent me for additional testing. I have seen so many doctors that I was really giving up hope. Maybe someday soon my son will know who I am when I am not in pain and nauseated... all because a nurse (practitioner) went the extra mile when so many didn't. So many others let me suffer in silence and overlooked it. She caught everything and we need so many more like HER!
