Robin Kruse, RN

For the first time in my life, I found myself as the patient needing care in our wonderful WMC hospital. Staff at each touch point were welcoming and kind and did their best to put me at ease, always providing top-notch care and expertise. However, one person stood out to me: Robin Kruse. Facing an unknown diagnosis, I was feeling worried, anxious, and quite honestly, I was scared. During one of her checks, Robin must have sensed my feeling of unease because she lingered awhile longer, gently asking questions and listening to me. Robin allowed me to ramble on and then assured me that no matter the diagnosis, we could get through things together. Those words resonated deeply with me. Robin is a nurse who cares from the heart, and I appreciate the calm she helped me find that day. Thank you, Robin.
